GateKey provides a web-based Visitor Management solution that is fast, easy to use, economical, and secure. Guards are able to quickly search resident and guest information and print passes, often searching and printing a pass in less than five seconds. Residents are able to connect anytime to update their personal and guest information, and receive email and text notifications and reports. Administrators are able to view and update all resident, guest and guard information, and send both email and text message blasts to everyone in the community.

Resident Interface

Residents are able access GateKey from any computer or mobile device and can add, edit and delete guest information, update their personal information, change their password, list additional residents, set up notifications for guest arrival or weekly guest reporting, view a community directory, set up call restrictions, create a Secret Word, advise of important Health Information and Emergency Contacts, maintain a list of Pets, view their registered vehicles and assigned decal and transponder information, add additional users, and view a history of guest activity.

Guard Interface

Guards are able to scan driver licenses, search on almost any type of information, and print passes to allow guest entry. Search results are returned almost instantly. Once a pass is printed the resident is automatically notified by text message and/or email that their guest has arrived, and guest information, including a photo are stored in the system. You can create as many pass types as you like, and include different language with each type of pass – even print directions. Depending on the privileges set by the Administrator, guards can also add, update and delete guests.

Administrator Interface

The Administrator can view and edit all resident, guest, and guard information, temporarily de-activate an account and easily enter new residents, update the Resident and Guard login pages, create reports, export information to Pdf or Excel, and send text message or email blasts to every contact in the community. GateKey can also be used to track additional items such as parking spaces, boat docks, lockers – almost anything you need to keep track of and search for.
