How Visitor Management Systems Work:

Residents are able to connect anytime to update their personal and guest information, and receive email and text notifications and reports. Resident Interface

Residents access Gate Key from any computer or mobile device and can add, edit and delete guest information.

Residents also update their personal information, change their password, list additional residents, set up notifications for guest arrival, view a community directory, set up call restrictions, create a Secret Word, advise of important Health Information and Emergency Contacts, maintain a list of Pets, view their registered vehicles and assigned decal and transponder information, add additional users, and even view a history of guest activity.

They can even use the Gate Key Insta-ID to prove residency to the guard.

Residents can manage all their guests from the mobile app!

Guard Interface

Guards are able to scan passes, search on almost any type of information, and admit or print passes to allow guest entry. Search results are returned as you type. Once the guest is admitted the resident is automatically notified by text message, push notification and/or email and guest information, including a photo that is stored in the system.

You can create as many pass types as you like, and include different language with each type of pass – even print directions. Depending on the privileges set by the Administrator, guards can also add, update and delete guests. Guards can enter in Incident Reports and are prompted to perform duties at specific times.

Administrator Interface

The Administrator can view and edit all resident, guest, and guard information, temporarily disable an account and easily enter new residents, update the Resident and Guard welcome pages, create reports, export information to PDF or Excel, and send text message or email blasts to every contact in the community.

Gate Key can also be used to track additional items such as parking spaces, boat docks, lockers – almost anything you need to keep track of and search for.

Integration

We integrate with hardware controllers to allow administration of credentials through Gate Key,  Credentials from Allegion, Farpoint, HID, Essex, Nedap, Veridt, Bridepoint, Invixium, MorpoTrak, Identive, Iris ID and XPR.

Super easy interface allows you to quick assign a credential, be it a fob, window RFID, access card or Barcode to a person, vehicle, or residence/office.

PDK integration lets a resident's phone become the credential via Bluetooth.  No more handing out Fobs for residents to gain access to the pool, gym, or clubhouse!
