IMPORTANT TIME SENSITIVE NOTICE

Hackberry Creek will soon be moving to an automated gate entry system, and homeowners will need to enter their vehicle information on the form below no later than April 30th, 2022 in order to be allowed automated access to the community.

You will need a copy of your vehicle registration or insurance information to upload, and the information from your toll tag (see photo as an example). If you are viewing this on a mobile device you can use the camera to take a photo of your vehicle information.

You will choose the Toll tag prefix (red box) from the drop down menu, and you will need to enter the Transponder number (green box) twice into the form. You may only enter one vehicle per form.
